I want to partner and work with VaynerX. Now I realize that thousands of other very talented people want to work for, with or partner with Gary as well, so to show everyone at Vayner the kind of value I'd bring to the entire company, I decided to be proactive and I created VaynerMissions, which doesn't even exist yet. But it will because it's what Vayner employees care about and want. I believe it's where Gary, Claude, Andrea and other Vayner business leaders should focus SOME of their attention to next, because 10 years from now, the more audacious vision of Storygiving will be the new normal in society.

Conclusion

they put their employees first, when employees are happy and love their job, when employees are recognized, valued and cared for, when employees feel more connected to their colleagues, when employees get to share their stories and passions in their lives, when employees voices are heard, when business leaders make room at the table for all employees, when companies put people over profits, and when companies and business leaders  include their employees to make a difference in their communities by giving back to causes that are important to them

they don't care about their employees, employees complain and are unhappy, when employees don't get recognition, don't feel valued or cared for, when employees don't feel connected to their colleagues, when employees don't get to share what they're passionate about, when employees aren't allowed to speak up, when business leaders don't make room at the table for everyone, when companies put profits before people, and when companies and business leaders don't include their employees to make a difference in their communities by giving back to causes that are important to them

VaynerMissions isn't just good for VaynerX, it's good for the 'entire game of business.'

I've tested my hypothesis for VaynerMissions, and Storygive Missions, by asking a few questions below and they were all answered with yes. I truly believe that when VaynerMissions is successful in 2021 and beyond, that other companies and business leaders everywhere will want to follow Gary and VaynerMedia's lead. VaynerMissions will make the 'entire game of business better' simply by empowering Vayner employees to leave legacies at their jobs while they're at VaynerX through Storygiving and supporting each others missions. This is the future of 'corporate charity matching programs'

Why Did I Do This?

I fell in love with what Gary represents and how he approaches life back in 2014 and I've been hooked ever since. I love how Gary supports Charity Water and Pencils of Promise, two charities that are very close to my heart. And in 2018 I had the chance to meet Gary at a private dinner and at the time I even asked him for a job at VaynerMedia. Now I'm officially ready. I'm looking to make a difference in peoples lives by providing value to Gary and his employees at VaynerMedia with VaynerMissions and then eventually employees everywhere with Storygiving. I'm determined to find a way to leave a legacy and help contribute to a better future ❤️
